proNet- Network for the development of non- profit services and service suppliers
ProNet is a network of non-profit organisations which have service provider, co-ordinator and developer activities on regional, county, microregional and local level. The network was initiated by 18 non-profit organisations in 2003. At present it has 12 members.
The Mission of proNet is to serve the development of the national non-profit sector by providing high standard services from the developer’s viewpoint and react in a flexible, quick way to real needs.
Aims of the network:
· To contribute to the creation anddynamic development of a conscious non-profit sector by Partnership and network development activity in the civil sphare;
· To initiate and realise community developer processes;
· To encourage self organisations, support establishment of civil communities and provide information they need for their smooth operation;
· To generate co-operation between sectors especially to maintan connection with local self governments;
· To form a partnership co-operation in order to support the long term sustainable operation of the proNet network by planning and realising programs.
Operational sructures:
The proNet national network is not registered but it is operating according to written priniciples.
The Network Meeting is the highest level of decision making forum of proNet, it is held every six months. The Network Council is co-ordinating the work and also responsible for the preparation of decisions, the members are the leaders of the workgroups and the internal network development and program centre leader. The preparation of Projects is the responsibily of the Workgroups (international, local development, training and marketing). Every network member is expected to work at least in one of the workgroups. The workgroups have face to face meetings at least once every six months, and on top this they also communicate in writing to plan their activities by using mailing lists. The Support Centre (Eastern-Hungarian Community Service Foundation, Debrecen) is the co-ordinator of the content and the budget of the programs, by co-operating with the bodies mentions above.

Conferences in order to initiate international relationship in Eger and in Gyula 2007, 2008, 2009.
Study visits: in Poland, France, Germany and Spain (2006-2009)
