proNet network
(program for development of non- profit services and network of non- profit service providers)
and operational underlying principles
proNet program- which was initiated in 2003.- is operated by 18 inland, non- profit organizations providing services for civil organizations.
On the basis of observations of our three- year long network functioning we summarized all of those disciples and expectations, which determine further operation.
Operational principles document of the network concludes and systematizes professional, ethic, and co- operation norms existing in internal and also in external connections of the network.We were aspired to draft those expectations which shows commitment and approach existing in the network.
1. Mission
proNet serves development of inland non- profit sector by development approach, and fast and flexible reaction, building upon real needs of civil organizations.
2. Aims
· Development of partnership and network building within non- profit sector, conduciving to formation and dynamic development of inland non- profit sector which undertake its' activity consciously. Initiating and realization of community- developmet process.
· Members of the network ecourage self- organization on their own fields of activity, facilitate to come into existence civil communities, and supply them with needful informtaion.
· Promote co- operation between sectors, in special consideartion of connection keeping with local governments, enhancing direct participation of citizens and their organizations in the creation of local strategies and local decision making process.
· Creating partnerships, raising and developing proNet network, by program planning and realization, in the interest of long- term sustainability.
3. Members of proNet
· Non- profit organizations, providing co- ordinating, development and service functions in regional, county, micro- region and local settlement scope.
· Individuals, who co- operate with network member organizations like experts, and sign their membership like individuals.

4. Values, and expectations towards network members
The network members drafted the following quality requirements, which ensure quality functioning of the network member service providers, and make them authorized using „proNet" trademark.

Network members aspire to plan and realize high- standard service programs, on the score of non- profit organizations' needs, on the basis of co- operation.Responsibility
During their activities members continuously make resposible, calculable, high- standard, synergistic work. Realization of common projects come to pass on the basis of mutually accepted agreements.Autenthicity
Next to the continuous self- estimation network members authenticate network activity by their own functioning.Co- operation
Connection- system between the members and on network level according to the strategic aims continually widening. Etic expectations are mutual esteem of each others' activity, effective co- opertaion, partnership in the interest of reaching commonly proposed objects, and constituent participation in the community planning and realizing process of the network.Openness

The proNet is striving for high- standard network building, having a share in creating rich connection- system, this is why opened for joining all of those organizations and individuals who accept its' operational principles.Joining conditions:

Joining to the network by undertaking activities (for at least one year)
Effective monitoring and closing evaluationNetwork Council has the right to decide in affiliation issues, on the basis of the network members preliminary opinions.
7. Co- operation with other networks
Tha proNet aspire to co- operate with other inland and international professional organizations and networks.Above mentioned principles are accepted by proNet network members in the conference held in Eger on the 21- 22th of March in 2005.
